We’re Moving to Our Permanent Home

There are people in our community who we won’t ever be able to reach because they feel that a portable church lacks credibility. Our future home will remove that barrier and become a welcoming home for all people to explore Jesus and grow as His follower.

Ministry in portable spaces constrains both the creativity and scheduling opportunities we have to minister to children and teenagers. Our future home will have a beautiful, dedicated ministry space for our Crossway Kids and Students, which will enable us to be more intentional and effective in ministering to the next generation in our community.

Setup and tear-down for over a decade can contribute to volunteer fatigue and burnout. A permanent home will enable us to better care for and resource our volunteers who are the lifeblood of ministry at Crossway.

Due to Covid and its impact on school leases, we were unable to meet on Sunday mornings for almost 18 months. A permanent home will give us the security and control over when we want to meet and further root us as a permanent fixture in the community.

A 24/7 facility will expand the outreach capacity of our church. We envision our space being a community hub that will provide counseling for people in crisis, help equip and encourage foster families, host parent training events, serve as a center for food distribution to families in need, an much more.
